Wavtech Link2 vs. AudioControl LC2i
We carry both the Wavtech Link2 and the best-selling AudioControl LC2i. These are the two best line out converters when trying to add a subwoofer to a factory amplified system in our opinion. Both LOC's can handle similar input voltage but the Link2 is rated as having a lower output impedance. The Link2 only offers a gain adjustment knob while the LC2i offers more fine tuning with AccuBASS bass restoration and a separated main channel and bass channel adjustment. The LC2i also has the option for adding AudioControl's remote knob but this won't matter too much if your amp already has this option or comes with one. The LC2i is significantly larger than the Link2 as it measures in at 5.4" x 3.25", which is still relatively small. To be fair we've never had any issues with the size of the LC2i but smaller parts are generally a good thing.
