Question: Are the parts listed on the website all in stock?

Answer: No, most of the specialty parts on our online store are ordered in once a customer places the order. In some cases, our suppliers may be back ordered on a specific part but we will contact you via phone or e-mail with an ETA as well as the option to cancel an order.

Question: Do you have a retail location for parts pick up?

Answer: Yes! Visit us at unit #976 across from JYSK in Lansdowne Centre where you can pick up your order at your convenience once it is confirmed in stock. You can also place orders at our retail location and pay by cash, debit, or credit. 

Question: Do you install products not purchased through your store?

Answer: Yes! We are a full service auto installation shop and can install parts purchased through other sources. Do keep an eye out for our special offers which often include the parts and labour at a significant discount. For an estimate on some of our labour rates, click here. Question: Are you able to source parts not listed on your website?

Answer: Yes! We have accounts with multiple distributors with catalogs filled with hundreds of thousands of parts and we simply can't list all of them. View our line card for a list of brands that we can supply and take advantage of our special pricing.
