Slotting in between the VIOFO A129 (1080P front camera) and A129 Pro (4K front camera), the A129 PLUS model offers 2K resolution, similar to what we've seen on the best-selling VIOFO A119 V3. While the Pro model remains the top dog with its 4K front camera, the Plus model offers an incredible value proposition for a premium dash cam. The 2K video quality rivals many 4K dash cams on the market and uses less storage space compared to the Pro model. Price point wise, it's about 20-30% cheaper than the Pro as well, while offering the same great features (minus the front camera resolution/sensor). This model adds H.265 compression as well which further reduces memory consumption.

Given it's small price bump compared to VIOFO's standard A129 Duo, we think the better image sensor and compression is well worth it!
