Among Mk 7 Golf GTI and R owners, it is common known issue that the manual transmissions in these cars will slip, even on stock power. Our customer recently bought a Mk 7 R and is already feeling the slip while driving, so we helped install a South Bend clutch kit. In addition to the clutch job, the shifter bushings were also upgraded, and we also replaced the transmission fluid with some Motul Gear 300.
