This Tacoma came in for a set of Falken Rubitrek A/T's and an alignment. While Falken's A/T3W is a common candidate of all terrain tires among enthusiasts, it's better geared for tackling harsher off-road conditions. The Rubitrek A/T's have similar all-terrain features yet have better on-road manners. These are great AT tires for the Lower Mainland where rain performance is important.
Whenever changing tires, we would always recommend a wheel alignment so that the tires wear evenly. Over time, a vehicle that has been driven with slightly misaligned wheels cause uneven wear. This is easily spotted by checking tire treads. Some manufacturers go as far as denying warranty if there is no proof of alignment.
