Titan 7 T-S5 BMW M2 Competition

We installed a set of these Titan 7 T-S5 in satin titanium on this Hockenheim Silver BMW M2 Competition. Due to the larger brakes on the Competition and CS models, 18" wheels will not fit. The standard M2, M3, and M4 with blue 4 piston front calipers will fit certain 18" wheels. In our experience, the M2 Competition's fender liner is also tighter for clearance compared to the standard M2. With the standard F87 we can run the stock M4 size (255/35-19 & 275/35-19) but with the Competition model this does cause rubbing in the front. So we went down one to a 30 series tire which has a smaller overall diameter but wider section width.

With this size, we noticed no clearance issues going from lock to lock. As with all tires, sizing will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer so this is not a guaranteed fitment. We used a Firestone Indy 500 but certain Michelin models would likely run wider and may also encounter issues. The wheels are 72.6mm hubcentric for BMW fitment.

For the tire pressure sensors, we fitted a set of our Max Select Sensors and duplicated the factory sensor codes. This makes for easy wheel and tire changes when Winter time comes around. To the vehicle there is no difference and the tire pressures/temperature reading does appear on the iDrive display.
