Our customer asked us about lowering options on their Highland Model 3. We recommended and installed H&R lowering springs along with spacers per customer request for flush fitment. We know CTS Turbo makes a spacer kit for Model 3/Y for flush fitment with stock wheels but we noticed that the 18mm spacer kit didn't work for the Highland. Reasoning is the Highland wheels don't have ample clearance for wheel studs for any spacers 18mm or smaller. So instead of using the 18mm portion of the kit, we used a H&R 20mm spacer kit for the fronts and kept the 25mm spacers on the rear side. Not only did the 20mm spacers fit the Highland wheels, it did offer a better flush fitment with the extra 2mm.
