Another customer of ours submitted footage of another hit and run incident. Our customer was parked, and Thinkware's parking mode saved the day again. Despite being an older model such as a FA200 was capable of such clear image, and is a testament as to how durable these dash cams are.
ICBC's system incentivizes people to hit and run because there is no punishment for not owning up to the incident. Our customer would have been mostly likely out a couple hundred dollars for the deductible and had to argue with the insurance company if it were not for the dash cam.
