This customer brought in their Bronco 4-door complaining about the lack of bass in the vehicle. Since there was no room for a full 8" sub, after some discussion, we decided to place these Kenwood 5" x 7" compact subs underneath the front seats. To compensate for the lack of bass, the owner opted to install not one, but 2 subs!
There were some modifications needed to make these subwoofers fit, such as trimming the under-seat vents and the rubber floor mats. It ends up with a snug fit while not taking up any existing cargo space. Power was drawn from the driver side fuse box.
