This 2023 Mini Cooper JCW came in for a set of 18" Fast FC04 wheels matched with Michelin PS AS4s and a Viofo A229 Pro 2CH installed. The FC04 has been a popular choice with the Mini Coopers as they provide a nice spoke design with lightweight production. With our recommendation the customer opted to run 18x8 +40 providing a much wider track width compared to the 17x7 +54 setup from factory. Mounted on the FC04's are Michelin's Pilot Sport All Season 4 tires, a favourite choice of ours for all seasons. These tires offer a great drive feel and steering response. Our expertise with wheel and tire fitment found the 215/40R18 to provide more height and sidewall protection compared to the factory upgrade option of 205/40R18.
A Viofo A229 Pro 2CH was also installed after the tires were done. The A229 Pro offers crystal clear resolution with 4K front and 2K rear. The video image quality on the Viofo dashcams just somehow seem more crisp compared to competitors.
