1. CONDITIONS OF SALEA. All sales are final
B. All claims for lost or damaged shipments must be made by the purchaser to the transport firm.
C. Buyer is obligated to pay full face value of refused packages including shipping to and from facility and handling charges
D. OverDrive Autotuning Ltd. only takes store credit or exchange on all sold item. OverDrive Autotuning Ltd. does not give refunds on any parts unless prior written return authorization is granted by OverDrive Autotuning Ltd. If such authorization is given, the customer will then be subjected up to an authorized returned parts. OverDrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to reject, refuse, or deny any returns for any reasons.
A. GST (Value Added Tax) is 5%
B. The PST can be anywhere from 6-14% (depending on the province destination)
C. A "commercial invoice" will be enclosed with your order. It will contain the necessary information for a proper tax assessment.
All Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. customers acknowledge and accept the following Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. Service Terms and Conditions
Any failure by Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. to enforce or apply any part of the Overdrive Autotuning ltd Terms and Conditions does not constitute a waiver of that term and/or condition and does not otherwise compromise Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. right to enforce such term and/or condition later.
Account Usage Limitation
Overdrive Autotuning ltd does not allow multiple users to access one customer's account to place orders at the same time. Overdrive Autotuning ltd does not assume any responsibility for losses or delays due to the misusage of the account.
Any additional charge(s) resulting from customer errors (e.g., misreported number of packages, misreported package size or weight, change of address etc.) will be automatically applied to the customer’s credit card on file or the credit card that the customer has used to place the order with.
Additional Insurance against Loss or Damage (AI)
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. provides FREE insurance coverage against damage or loss for the first $20 of the declared value of each package.
Any damaged or lost package without a declared value will be covered for $20 only. Customer may purchase additional insurance coverage in increments of $20 up to a maximum of $5,000 for most items. The cost of additional insurance is $2 per $20 of declared value (after the first $20). Additional insurance must be selected when placing the order to ensure that it is properly captured and linked to the unique tracking number of the customer's package. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to independently review and verify any claim made by customer arising from any damaged or lost package.
If both Vertical Handling/Fragile Package service and additional insurance coverage are selected, the maximum amount payable against any claims is the declared value of the package.
All Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. customers have to reach the age of majority in their province of residency. All deliveries that require a signature have to be accepted and signed by the receiver (or a representative of the receiver) who has reached the minimum age requirement in his/her province of residency.
Agreement to Leave Package
Any package delivered under the authorization and direction of this Agreement is deemed to be received in good order. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the package after it has been delivered as instructed in this Agreement.
For Business Invoice Account Users, all services are billed on a semi-monthly basis. For services provided between the 1st and 15th, customer will receive an invoice on the 16th of the same month, or on the next business day. For services provided between 16th and the end of the month, customer will receive an invoice on the 1st of the next month, or on the next business day. All payments are due within 15 days of receipt of the invoice.
Change in Order
To remove a package from an order or to change the pickup or delivery address, please contact the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. Customer Service Team. A service fee of $12 per package plus the fuel surcharge and GST will be applied once the package is picked up by driver. A minimum of $12 will be charged for any failed pickup package(s). Packages with shipping fees greater than $12 will be charged for $12 only and the balance will be refunded. Any delivery address changes may result in delay of delivery.
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. customer may receive communications from Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. from time to time. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. customers can change their notification preferences at any time by emailing at email@example.com .
Damages or Loss
Any damage or loss claims against Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. drivers by customer must be reported to the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. Customer Service Team immediately upon time of delivery, unless the damage or loss is not clearly evident upon delivery. If the damage or loss is not noticed upon delivery, all claims must be made within 48 hours from the time that the order was ready for pickup.
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. does not guarantee precise delivery times. All delivery time frames provided are estimates, based on having ideal conditions.
Fragile Packages (FG)
No claims against fragile package will be considered unless the description on the shipping label is clearly indicated “FG”. Any fragile packages, without proper notification to SpotsHUB ahead of time, will travel at the risk of the shipper and SpotsHUB shall assume no liability against damage claims. SpotsHUB reserves the right to make price adjustments for any package that has fragile markings, but for which Fragile Package service is not selected. Maximum payable to any damage claims of fragile package is $15. Overdrive Autotuning ltd reserves the right to independently review and verify any claims made by customer.
Limitations on Legal Actions
Any right customer might have to damages, refunds, credits or any other legal relief against Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. under any cause of action arising from the transportation of any package shall be relinquished unless customer files an action within one year from the date of delivery of the package or from the date on which the package should have been delivered.
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to improper packaging or labeling of an item.Overdrive Autotuning Ltd shall not be liable for any loss caused by delayed delivery.
No Signature Required (NS)
By selecting this option, customer authorizes Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. to leave the package (excluding Dangerous Goods) at receiver's front door without a signature as the Proof of Delivery.
Package Weight and Measurement
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to verify the weight and/or dimensions of the packages. If the actual weight/dimensions are different from what was stated on the shipping label, Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. will adjust the shipping price accordingly.Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to charge a $20 service fee per package on handling the adjustment.
Full payment on all items are required before products are shipped out.
Packages must be properly packed, with an attached shipping label, and ready to be picked up.
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. will not reimburse the shipping fee when a pickup is attempted but unsuccessful. If customer requests a pickup from a location that is different from his/her current location, please notify the sender to have the package ready before the arrival of the driver.
Procedure for Unsuccessful Pickups and Deliveries
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. provides one (1) pickup attempt for all packages. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. provides up to two (2) delivery attempts free of charge for most packages. For any package that is delivered to a residential location with "No Signature Required" selected, Overdrive Autotuning ltd will only make one (1) delivery attempt.
For all deliveries, following the final unsuccessful delivery attempt, the package will be stored in the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. warehouse available for pickup in person. Any package that is not picked up by the receiver within 7 days from the final delivery attempt will be returned to the sender, or disposed of, by Overdrive Autotuning ltd.
If customer wishes to pick up the package(s) from the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. warehouse, please contact the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. Customer Service Team to arrange an appointment.
Proof of Delivery
Proof of Delivery can be provided upon request. Please contact the Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. Customer Service Team for detailed inquiries.
Rates and service quotations by Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. employees are estimates and final rates and service fees may vary from the quotes based upon the actual shipment we receive. Any discrepancy between the shipping rates stated on our website and other written or oral quotes concerning the shipping rates will be resolved by using the shipping rates stated on our website.
Any special instructions provided on the reference field in regard to scheduled pickup or delivery request may be disregarded without notice by Overdrive Autotuning ltd.
All Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. customers are required and responsible for providing accurate information on receiver names, pickup addresses, delivery addresses, cell phone numbers and email addresses.
Customer may require Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. to obtain a signature before releasing a package.
Special Delivery Location
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. is currently unable to accommodate special delivery requests upon delivery that involve third parties (e.g., neighbor).
All packages and the additional services are subject to the fuel surcharge. The fuel surcharge applied to all shipments regardless of the final destination.
Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. dynamic fuel surcharge rate is based upon the average price of regular unleaded gasoline in the local shipping area. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to assess a fuel surcharge on shipments without notice.
When practicable, SpotsHUB will contact the shipper for instructions on returning or otherwise disposing of an undeliverable shipment. If the shipper requests a return, it will be delivered by SpotsHUB EXPRESS with shipping charged to the original shipper.
Unpacked/Unsealed or Loose Package
SpotsHUB shall not assume responsibility for losses, damaged items, or delay due to any packages or shipping containers that are not fully/properly packed. This policy also applies to improper labeling of packages.
Vertical Handling (VH)
No claims against package damage due to improper handling orientations will be considered unless the description on the shipping label is clearly indicated “VH”. For any packages that require vertical handling without selection of the Vertical Handling service, will travel at the risk of the customer and Overdrive Autotuning ltd shall assume no liability for damage claims. Maximum amount payable against any damage claims of a package that requires vertical handling is $50. Overdrive Autotuning Ltd. reserves the right to independently review and verify any claims made by customer.
Rates, fees and service areas are subject to change without notice. Terms and Conditions may also be changed without notice. We make no warranties, express or implied.
3. WarrantyA. All warranties are those made by the manufacturer and are subject to that manufacturers' approval.
Some manufacturers request that warranty be handled directly with the end consumer. It is your responsibility to verify prior
to returning any item. Any warranty product must have a complete description of the alleged defect along with purchase date, install date, etc., to be eligible for credit. Any product that originally came with a factory warranty tag must be returned with that same tag or warranty is VOID.
B. Some products are sold as-is without any warranty, inquire prior to ordering. Allow additional time if product must be returned to the manufacturer.
4. Special OrdersA. All special orders are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-CANCELLABLE regardless of order fill time.

Overdrive Auto Tuning Ltd. reserve the right to change or alter any of the above terms and/or conditions at any time without prior notice. Overdrive Auto Tuning Ltd. assume no liability for any damage or harm incurred by any product sold by us. Any additional labor and/or parts costs for removal and re-installation of any alleged defective product will be borne by the customer.
