After testing over a dozen of different rearview mirror dash cams on the market, we landed on this R20 model which we believe to be one of the best available. Compared to cheaper alternatives, this dash cam offers video quality that actually competes with similarly priced dash cams that we sell. The settings menu is straight forward and a hardwiring kit is included.
What we liked best about this backup camera is the rear camera resolution and lens angle. While most claim to have a 160° or 170° wide angle lens, this is one of the few where you can almost see the full width of the bumper. Actual results will vary based on where the rear camera can be mounted on the vehicle. From what we've seen this rear camera offers a view that best replicates an OEM factory camera
