Operating Hours: Our retail store hours have been reduced to 11AM to 6PM Monday to Saturday, we will be closed on Sundays until further notice. Our install bay will continue to operate by appointment only until further notice. Existing appointments will not be affected.
Booking Appointments: Appointments can be booked via e-mail, text, or over the phone, walk-in scheduling is discouraged at this time. If we are too busy and cannot get to the phones, please leave a voicemail, text message (604-368-3008), or e-mail at email@example.com. Please understand that during this time we may be slightly short-staffed and unable to answer the phone, please refrain from back-to-back calling without leaving a voicemail.
Social Distancing: Access to our retail store may be restricted due to social distancing guidelines. Only 2 customers may be in the retail store at any time and customers may be asked to wait outside until proper social distancing can be established.
Free Local Delivery: We will be offering free local shipping within Richmond on any order over $25. Special accommodations can be made for delivery outside of Richmond. For those outside of our free delivery zone, will-call pick up is also available free of charge!
As we have thousands of SKUs in store, many of which are not listed online, contact us via phone/text at 604-368-3008 or e-mail us for specific parts request. Parts such as oil filters or car audio harnesses and installation parts will not be on our website but are in stock!
Install Bay Will-Call: As our install bay has its own separate entrance, customers can request to pick up products and pay either online or at our install bay terminal. This helps to avoid entering the mall and potential crowds. Our install bay phone number is 604-368-3008
